3 – 6 months Prior to Opening

  • Orientation with OXXO Care Cleaners® leadership team
  • Financing arrangements
  • Site selection Assistance
    • Trade area analysis
    • Competitive environment review
    • Demographic overview
    • Site characteristics – access, visibility, parking availability, traffic flow, proximity to other traffic generators
  • Negotiation of lease and tenant improvements
  • Your OXXO Care Cleaners® should be located where the strongest demand for services exist. We provide site selection guidance and site approval, but we also encourage you to contact local commercial real estate agents additional assistance.
  • Design and Build Out
    • Store layout and design planning
    • Assistance in choosing an architect and general contractor
    • Support the architect and general contractor developing the project
  • Permits

2 – 3 Months Prior to Opening

  • Store build-out
  • Installation of new state-of-the-art equipment
  • Comprehensive training for Franchisee and one manager (plant operations, processing, spotting, ironing, packaging, equipment operation, maintenance and care, marketing, systems operations)

1 Month Prior to Opening
